A Mode: Direct Driving
The impeller of centrifugal fan connects to the motor shaft directly, this is suitable for small airflow and pressure centrifugal blower.

With filtering continuing, the dust accumulated on the filter cartridge surface will be more and more, accordingly, it will increase equipment running resistance. In order to ensure the system normal operation,  the cartridge dust collector resistance should be no more than 1400 ~ 1600 Pa, when the resistance is over the limit range, PLC pulse automatic controller issue instructions by resistance or timing, to clean dust.

Working principle of electrostatic precipitator:

Gas containing dust particles, the centrifugal fan sends them go through the high voltage electric field formed by cathode lines (discharge electrode) and anode lines, cathode lines wiring high voltage dc power and anode lines wiring grounding, due to the cathode makes corona discharge, then the gas is ionized.
