Cartridge Dust Collector Working Principle 

Under the function of the main centrifugal fan, dusty gas from cartridge dust collector bottom air inlet enters into the bottom chamber for dusty gas pretreatment, and then into the upper chamber; dust adsorb in the outer surface of filter cartridge, the clean gas after filtration through the cartridge enters into the net gas chamber of upper box, then come together to the outlet and exhausted out.

With filtering continuing, the dust accumulated on the filter cartridge surface will be more and more, accordingly, it will increase equipment running resistance. In order to ensure the system normal operation,  the cartridge dust collector resistance should be no more than 1400 ~ 1600 Pa, when the resistance is over the limit range, PLC pulse automatic controller issue instructions by resistance or timing, to clean dust.

The cartridge dust collector cleaning process is to cut off one chamber purified gas air outlet firstly, to keep the airflow in stationary state; then compress air pulse back blow dedusting; after a while natural sedimentation, open the chamber's chamber purified gas air outlet again; not only clean out the dust completely, also avoid secondary dust adsorption produced by pulsate dust extraction; so clean the dust of other chamber one by one.
