The venturi scrubber is mainly composed of venturi tube (shrink tube, throat pipe, expanding tube) and the cyclone separator, centrifugal fan.

Working principle of venturi scrubber dust collector: dusty gas enters into the shrink tube, then the flow speed increases gradually along the pipe; water or other liquid are ejected by the throat pipe, struck by high-speed airflow and atomization; dust particles in the gas contact with liquid drops and lubricate; after entering expanding pipe, the flow speed decreases gradually; the dust particles are bonded to each other; the particles volume increase and easy to remove; then, the gas enters the cyclone separator, due to the centrifugal force, water and dust particles are thrown to the separator wall and outflow cyclone separator; finally, the purified gas is exhausted out by centrifugal fan. 

Large Airflow Backward Curved Fans

The advantage: simple structure, high dusting efficiency, good cooling effect. 
The disadvantage: big resistance, just used for wet-type dust collecting.
