Different models fans have different wear-resisting degree. Generally, large centrifugal fan with low speed have better abrasion resistance. Compared with axial flow fan, centrifugal fan usually can provide the abrasion resistance of 4 ~ 5 times. |

The casings of wear resistant fan are welded by steel plate; lining of casing have guard board, in order to replace after serious wear.
What is more, fan speed also have important influence to centrifugal fan wear, the higher speed, the more serious wear. Under the premise of meet the requirements of air flow and pressure, low speed centrifugal fan can reduce wear and tear.
