1. Please use the fixed voltage and frequency as the label, and assemble the correct line according to the wiring diagram;

2. The change of voltage should be within 5% of fixed voltage. 10% is OK, but it is easy to break down during the long time, so better to avoid that;

3. There is no thermal overload protection device in high pressure blower, so please install the same power over load protection switch, and adjust the same value of safety current;

4. According to the motor power and electrical works, it needs to select standard wiring;

5. Confirming the rotation direction firstly. After the wiring, turn on the switch to confirm whether the rotation direction is the same as arrow and whether there is noise. 6. To prevent electric leakage, ground lead is necessary.

When the impeller rotates, due to the centrifugal force, air move to outward and forward, thus forming a series of spiral movement. Air between the impeller blades spiraling rotates accelerately and pile the outside gas into side slot, after the air entering the side channel, it is compressed, then the air return to impeller blades and rotates accelerately again.

How to Reduce the Noise of Industrial Fans and Blowers by Xianrun Blower? Part 2

(6) Installing silencers in industrial centrifugal fan air inlet and air outlet is also a good way to reduce noise, absorbing the sound energy by porous sound absorption material.
When sound waves go through the air inlet and outlet of porous sound absorption material, most sound energy is consumed away and becoming heat by overcoming frictional resistance and viscous drag resistance, so as to reduce the aerodynamic noise produced by centrifugal blower. 
Practice shows that, installing the silencers in air inlet or air outlet of centrifugal fan can usually reduce aerodynamic noise about 20 ~ 30 db (A).

(7) The size of the industrial centrifugal fan impeller outlet is generally larger than impeller inlet of front disc, so the air flow in the fan will causing many eddy flow at inlet arc section. Eddy flow will generate aerodynamic noise by frequently collision with casing and air inlet parts. In this case, designing the rectifying ring and baffle outside of air outlet, can effectively prevent the eddy flow in the centrifugal fan air inlet, thus reducing the aerodynamic noise generated by centrifugal fan.

(8) Applying backward swept blades in industrial centrifugal fan, that is to say, the impeller blades lean forward in impeller air outlet, while the impeller blades lean backward in impeller air inlet, avoiding gas flow channel changing rapidly. 
All these can reduce the aerodynamic noise by preventing eddy flow.

(9) Using wall plates or components as grading shield or protection cover, the noise will be blocked during the spreading. This will control the noise within a certain scale, and reduce centrifugal fan noise.

(1) Centrifugal fan impeller, fan shaft, pulley and coupling, these rotating parts must be processed with the dynamic balance and static balance correction, and assemble after qualification.  At the same time, the interval between motor cooling fan blade and fan shroud should be reasonable, so as to reduce the the motor cooling fan blade rotation noise.

(2) Check the centrifugal fan connecting bolts and anchor bolts looseness regularly, and abnormal wear or bad lubrication bearing, whether the belt is tension, etc. For any abnormal situation, should stop the centrifugal fan immediately and check carefully.

(3) During the installation, between the centrifugal fan and the reinforced concrete foundation should have soft materials, such as cushion rubber, cork board or felt board and so on, in order to reducing or eliminating vibration of centrifugal fan passing to reinforced concrete foundation for maximum limit.

(4) It is better to install flexible connection in the industrial centrifugal fan air inlet and air outlet, so as to reducing or eliminating vibration of centrifugal fan passing to air duct in rubber hose for maximum limit.

The first thing is to confirm the air flow, air pressure, density of gas, which are the three basic elements in centrifugal fan selection process. 

1. Density is the primary elements in the selection process, if the density is unknown, it needs to calculate or convert the density according to the working environment, such as altitude, the local atmospheric pressure, operating temperature, and so on.

2. Air pressure is the second element in the centrifugal fan selection, according to a given or calculated the density of working condition, then convert the working pressure to the fan pressure of standard condition. If the fan is equipped with inlet box or silencer, 
it needs to consider the pressure loss, estimated losses are generally between 100-300 pa after the estimation.

3. Air flow is the third element in selection process. If the system require the gas mass flow rate, you need to convert the gas mass flow to volume flow rate in standard condition.
