Centrifugal fan impeller is rotatable parts of centrifugal fan, and it sends air to air outlet. The impeller is composed of blades, front plate with import lap, rear plate.The arc plate blades have radius of curvature.

At the beginning of impeller rotation, or regular checking, please check whether the impeller is fixed on shaft shoulder tightly, and whether there are crack, wear, dirt retention in impeller.
If possible, keep the impeller clean, and brush off dust and rust scale by wire brush. As the lengthen of running time, the dust is attached to the impeller unevenly. All that will destroy impeller balance and cause rotor fluctuations.
The impeller need to made dynamic balance for any repair. Please make sure all the holding screws and bolts are tight before dynamic balance. Because the impeller had been running for a long time under the imbalance, the holding screws and bolts may become flexible.

Check the axial position of the impeller according to fan installed distribution and the size of current collector in impeller import lap. Check the radial clearance between current collector and impeller import ring.
If necessary, adjust the current collector or chassis to get the correct clearance space,to ensure that the side plates of casing inlet are in the correct position.
Check and make sure that the position of casing, air inlet, outlet conform to requirements of the drawings and connection ducts.
