Cement rotary kiln is cylinder shape with a certain slope, the material after preheater from kiln tail to rotary kiln, and promote material stirring in rotary kiln with the help of rotation.
So the material can mix with each other, reaction, depending on the slope of the kiln cylinder and rotation, the material move forward in the rotary kiln.

High Temperature Fan for Cement Rotary Kilns

The waste hot air produced by burning in kiln, under the function of high temperature centrifugal fan, preheat raw material before enter into rotary kiln by preheater, 
then the waste air after cooling is exhausted again by high temperature centrifugal fan and make waste gas treatment (dust collecting and exhausting out). 

The raw material after preheating is calcined into mature material in rotary kiln. Rotary kiln need appropriate pressure and temperature, to make the pulverized coal have suspension time to make sufficient burning, so raw material will achieve a good heat treatment in the cement rotary kiln.

The pressure changes frequently because of material accumulation in cement rotary kiln. In this case, on the one hand, the high temperature fans need to adjust the furnace pressure, on the other hand, the waste air from cement rotary kiln calcination have dust, the high temperature fans as ID fan, exhausted the dirty waste gas to dust collector, then exhaust away again.
