Part One The main difference between centrifugal fan and axial flow fan
1. Centrifugal fan changes the airflow direction, while axial flow fan does not change the airflow direction.2. The centrifugal fan installation is more complicated.
3. As for the centrifugal blower, motor always connect with fan through shaft out of centrifugal fan, while the motor always inside of axial flow fan.
4. Centrifugal fan is installed as forced draft fan or induced draft fan (ID & FD fan), while axial fan is connected with duct, as ventilation fan.
5. Generally speaking, the air flow and air pressure both are higher than axial flow fan.
