1	Wire Rope Protected Measures	Steel wire rope protection, pass through the connecting rod, stride the "工" steel frame, wind with "工" steel frame. If derrick fracture by accident, Steel wire rope will hold the whole machine, put an end to the fuselage drops.
2	Wire Traction	Four steel wires will host to connect to the ceiling, guaranteeing the fan running more firmly and prevent fan shaking. In order to avoid fan falling accidently, stress intensity of every steel wires can reach up to 1000 kg.
3(6)	Chassis Safety Ring	There are two safety ring are equipped between motor and chassis. Once the motor and the chassis separate accidently, small safety ring will be stuck in the large ring chassis to avoid chassis fall off.
4	High-Strength Bolt	All fasteners adopt high load and strength bolts. The bolt and screw grade is 8.8, 30 Crmnsi material.
5	The Fan Blade Protected Sparring	The HVLS ceiling fan blade protective sparring is equipped between the blades and the blades, connects all the blades together to become a whole. The blade protective measures can balance fan running, also prevents single blade falling off.
7	Frequency converter built-in protection system	Built-in protection system, and frequency conversion system can alarm and stop running automatically for the accident case.

HVLS Ceiling Fan Configuration	Fan Blade	The fan blade material is Aviation Aluminum. The blades are processed by Fluorocarbon painting, do not need cleaning and never deformation.
	Body Shell	Our industrial ceiling fan shell adopts laser cutting, with the features of heat resistance, high temperature resistance, resistant to chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion, durable and very beautiful appearance.
	Alloy chassis	Applying new cutting technology to build high strength magnesium alloy aluminum chassis, completely solves the root fracture problems posed by the low pressure casting. The service life is 10 times more than low pressure casting fan. This can assure HVLS ceiling fan balance accurately, and to ensure product safety.
	The Blade Protected Sparring	High pure steel as raw materials made with 6 mm laser cutting, the surface is smooth, hard and firm, no oxidation, no corrosion.
	Junction steel plate	All steel connection use 8 mm high strength steel plate. Bending design, welding area is wide and solid strength is higher.
	Electric Cabinet	Electric control panel is equipped with indicator lights, display screen, three control switch, speed control knob. Case cover uses high integral hot melt glue sealing, cascade from the lock, so the lock strength is stronger. Internal overall rational layout is clean and tidy, built-in current protection switch.
