Operation Steps of Centrifugal Fan Normal Shut Down after Working by Xianrun Blower:

A. Open the vent valve (or bypass valve at outlet) gradually, at the same time close the exhaust valve gradually. 

B. Close adjusting door step by step to 20 ~ 25 angle.

C. Press the stop button, and notice whether there are any abnormal phenomenon in the process. 

D. After the centrifugal fan unit stop 5 ~ 10 min, or bearing temperature has dropped below 45 Celsius degree, stop oil supplying. 
For the unit with floating seal ring, the sealing oil pump must continue to oil, until the centrifugal fan temperature drops below 80 Celsius degree.

E. After the unit stopping, it need to turn the dynamic rotor 180 angle within 2 ~ 4 hours.
