Roots Blower Structure by Xianrun Blower

Casing: 
Casing is mainly used to support the wallboard, impeller, mufflers and fix them.
Wallboard: 
To connect casing and impeller, and support the impeller rotation, and have end face sealing effect.
Roots Blower Impeller: 
Impeller is rotating part of the roots blower. Roots blower is divided into two lobes roots blower and three lobes roots blower. Compared with two lobes roots blower, three lobes roots blower has the features of small gas pulsation, low noise, stable running and so on, so three lobes roots blower gradually replace two blades roots blower.

Positive Displacement Roots Blower

Silencer: 
To reduce the gas pulsation noise in air inlet and outlet of roots blower. 
Safety valve: 
To restrict the roots blower booster operation. 
Back-pressure valve: 
To prevent the roots blower counter-rotating when the roots blower shutdown load. 
Pressure relief valve: 
According to different requirements, pressure relief valve is used in roots blower no-load startup. 
Sound proof enclosures: 
To satisfy and meet the required noise to the environment.
